Gaby is a registered dietitian who consults in private practice in Johannesburg. She also heads up the regulatory and nutrition division at FACTS, where she consults on nutrition, health and food labelling projects to the food industry. She has extensive experience in South Africa’s food regulatory framework, and her diverse roles give her a unique perspective on how the food industry is perceived by the general public, as well as how food labelling and food allergies affect individuals.
