Reshmee is the only African on the continent to hold an international Master’s Degree in HACCP from Salford University, Manchester, UK. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Cochran Fellowship Scholarship award and attended the USDA FSIS Meat and Poultry seminar to add to her wealth of knowledge. Prior to this she achieved her Bachelor of Technology Degree in Food Technology Cum Laude.
