Stellar is a Candidate Patent Attorney at Hahn & Hahn Inc, where her day-to-day tasks include drafting South African patent applications and prosecuting patents in South Africa and across Africa. She holds a BSc in Agriculture (Food Science and Technology) from the University of Pretoria and an LLB from the University of South Africa.
Before entering the legal profession in 2020, Stellar completed internships across various segments of the food industry, including manufacturing, laboratory testing, product development, culinary operations, and food production management. She is a member of the South African Association of Food Science and Technology (SAAFoST), the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL), and currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the Department of Biotechnology and Food Technology at Tshwane University of Technology.
